limited to results of recommendations.

LLC intends to provide accurate and authoritative
information in regard to the subject matter covered. It
is provided with the understanding that The CxO Group,
LLC is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or
other professional service. If legal advice or other
expert assistance is required, the services of a
competent professional person should
be sought.
Reliance on
any information presented on the Web Site or by The CxO
Group is at your own risk.

Refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied, The CxO Group will gladly
refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date.
Item(s) must be received no later than 30 days from the
date of purchase and shipping is non-refundable. Please
call our office at 214-295-7631 for more information.

Shipments: If you are returning an order that was
shipped, please make sure that the product is in new
condition and that you return the item in the same
or similar carton that it was shipped to you. The
CxO Group is not responsible for damage to shipment
if another container is used to return the product.
If returned publications are not in new condition,
there will be a 20% surcharge. Shipping is
non-refundable.
Seminar Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may
apply towards a future workshop. Please note that if you
don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible
for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Teleseminar Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations are subject to the entire teleseminar fee. Notices of
cancellation received prior to the teleseminar are
entitled to receive a credit towards a future
teleseminar. Credits expire 90 days from the original
teleseminar date and may only be used to reschedule one
time. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't
attend, you are still responsible for payment and are
not entitled to future credit. Substitutions may be made
at any time prior to the teleseminar and The CxO Group
must be notified of such substitutions by email from the
original registrant.
Testimonials:
The CxO Group receives testimonials from clients from time to time.
Some are chosen to be placed on our web sites and
marketing materials. We do not supply contact
information for these individuals as it is private
information but all testimonials are authentic.
Privacy:
At The CxO Group, we
recognize the importance of protecting your personal
information.
It is The CxO Group's policy
to respect and protect the privacy of our customers and
site visitors. We want to reassure users of our site
that we do not sell, share, or rent user information to
others in a manner.
